30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Whether you’ve changed your mind or received a defective item, we’ll make it right — with no restocking fees.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 30 days of receipt
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Who Covers the Return Shipping?
We offer free return shipping on all domestic (U.S.) orders.
For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label (U.S. only) and instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed
Please note: Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards (if applicable)
